中文摘要: 天线的相位中心是卫星导航接收机测量时的参考点,其稳定度直接影响着卫星导航定位测量的精度。本项目拟采用球面共形结构提高微带天线的相位中心稳定度,但介质材料的选择以及曲率表面基板制备技术的不完善,限制了其应用。通过本项目的研究,拟建立微带天线相位中心的模型,寻求消除天线相位中心偏差的方法,总结出高相位中心稳定度微带天线的设计理论;使用水基凝胶注模工艺辅助固相反应法制备BaAl2Si2O8基陶瓷粉体,希望通过对BaAl2Si2O8基陶瓷固相烧结"零收缩"机理的研究,实现凝胶注模工件在烧结过程中的零收缩成型,制备球面共形天线基板;结合精密丝网印刷技术和电极喷涂技术,实现复杂形状曲率表面上电极的精确定位涂覆。最终制备出具有高相位中心稳定度的双频球面共形圆极化微带天线,满足北斗二代卫星导航系统的应用,同时可作为球面共形阵列单元天线,提高下一代卫星导航系统的抗干扰能力。

英文摘要: Antenna phase center is the reference point when using satellite navigation system receiver to navigate and measure, and the stability of antenna phase center affects the measurement precision directly. In this proposal, spherical-cap conformal microstrip antennas are introduced to improve the stability of the antenna phase center. Due to deficiency of the choice of dielectric materials and preparation technology for rotating curved surfaces antenna substrates, application of conformal microstrip antennas is limited. The aim of this proposal is to establish the phase center modes for microstrip antennas, look for methods to eliminate the antenna phase-center variation, and conclude the theroy for high phase-center stability antenna design.BaAl2Si2O8 based ceramic powers are prepared by aqueous gelcasting-assisted solid-state method. With the help of research on zero-shrinkage mechnism for BaAl2Si2O8 based ceramics in the solid-state reaction, the objective of zero-shrinkage forming in the sintering process is realized for the products prepared by gelcasting,and then spherical-cap conformal microstrip antenna substrates were fabricated.
