中文摘要: 本研究旨在建立一种重金属在土壤中的形态及生物可利用性的地球化学形态预测模型。项目以重金属离子Cd(II)和Pb(II)为研究对象,考察了其在我国三种代表性土壤(江西红壤、南京黄棕壤、黑龙江黑土)表面的吸附行为,以及主要环境因素(pH、离子强度、金属浓度)对吸附行为的影响。综合考虑了金属离子在溶液中的络合行为以及在土壤固相表面(土壤粘土矿物、铁锰氧化物、有机质)的吸附行为,建立起金属在三种土壤表面的形态分布预测模型,并开发了人机界面窗口,建立了小型数据库,模型结果可较好的预测金属在土壤中的形态分布。研究结果不仅可为重金属在土壤中的形态研究提供新方法,同时也为环境政策和标准制定、土壤环境风险评价提供理论支持和参考数据。

英文摘要: This study aimed to develop a geochemical equilibrium model for predicting the speciation and bioavailability of heavy metals in soil environment. The adsorption behaviro of Cd(II) and Pb(II) in three selected soils from China(Jiangxi Red Soil, Nanjing Yellow Soil and Heilongjiang Black Soil)were investigated using batch experiments. The effect of pH, ionic strength, and metal concentration were examed. A soil speciation model based on the specis of metal in solution and surface adsorption was developed and a small software with a database was also developed to calculate the species using the model parameters. Results showed that the model could well predicated the adsorption behavior of metals in the three soils. Results can provide new method for the soil metal speciation studies and the model can help the soil risk assessment and environmental policy making.
