中文摘要: 针对速冻食品冷链物流配送的中断管理难题,引入人工智能与知识工程理论,以提高中断管理的实时性、科学性和智能性为目标,以实现中断管理问题的实时智能建模为突破口,创建速冻食品冷链物流配送中断管理问题的知识表示方法、基于知识的实时建模方法,并结合大连市冷链物流中心的建设,开展速冻食品冷链物流配送中断管理的应用研究,构建冷链物流配送中断管理的智能决策支持系统。 本项研究为冷链物流配送中断管理一类实时动态优化问题建立由计算机生成并求解模型的途径,提高模型生成的自动化水平、及优化理论解决动态问题的实时性和自适应能力;以速冻食品品质为导向而创建的冷链物流配送中断管理问题的建模理论方法,将大大提高冷链物流配送过程的安全性、及其中断管理的实时性、科学性、及智能性,有利于促进优化理论与人工智能、知识工程等学科的交叉与渗透,并拓宽其应用领域。

英文摘要: Focused on the interruption management problem in the cold chain delivery of frozen foods, this research introduces the theories of Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering, and aims to improve the instantaneity, the rationality, and the intelligence of the decision process in the interruption management and make a breakthrough in the real-time intelligent modeling process for the interruption management problem. It presents a knowledge representation method and a knowledge-based real-time modeling method for the interruption management problem in the cold chain delivery of frozen foods. Along with the construction of the cold chain delivery center in the city of Dalian, an application research will be concentrated on the interruption management problem in the cold chain delivery of frozen foods, and an intelligent decision support system for the problem will be developed. This research creates a way of the computer-enabled model generation and solution for the interruption management problem in the cold chain delivery of frozen foods, which is a kind of real-time and dynamic optimization problems. It is beneficial for the automatization of model generations, and the instantaneity and the self-adaptation for Optimization Theory to dynamic problems.
