中文摘要: 四溴双酚A是目前全球生产量和使用量最高的溴系阻燃剂。近年来,随着莱州湾区域四溴双酚A生产的增加,进入入海河口水体的四溴双酚A也急剧上升。已有研究表明,四溴双酚A容易在水生生物体内富集,并表现出显著的毒理效应,对近海生态系统构成潜在的生态风险。本项目将针对莱州湾严重的四溴双酚A污染状况,在海洋生态毒理学领域开展创新探索:利用紫贻贝作为研究对象,通过整合系统生物学中的蛋白质组学和代谢组学技术,系统研究内分泌干扰物四溴双酚A对紫贻贝的性别特异的毒理效应,从分子水平阐述紫贻贝对四溴双酚A的响应机制,筛选出与四溴双酚A毒理效应相关的生物标记物;同时利用生物标记物对莱州湾四溴双酚A密集生产区域-莱州与潍坊近海的四溴双酚A污染状况进行组学评估,为近海四溴双酚A污染的生物监测与生态风险评估提供有效的技术支持。

英文摘要: Tetrabromobisphenol A is currently the most widely produced and used brominated flame-retardants worldwide. Due to the increasing production of tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) in the region along the Laizhou Bay, the concentration of TBBPA is being increased in the estuaries of the Laizhou Bay. Previous studies revealed that tetrabromobisphenol A was prone to being accumulated in aquatic organisms and showed significant toxicological effects, which posed potential ecological risk on marine ecosystem. This project will focus on the increasing pollution of TBBPA in the Laizhou Bay and carry out an innovative investigation in the marine ecotoxicology. We will elucidate the gender-specific responses and molecular mechanisms of action to TBBPA exposure in the marine environmental bioindicator, mussel (Mytilus galloprovincialis), using an integrated proteomic and metabolomics approach, and explore the molecular biomarkers related to TBBPA-induced toxicological effects. Furthermore, the pollution of TBBPA in the Laizhou Bay will be assessed using the molecular biomarkers of TBBPA-induced toxicological effects from the lab study, which may provide an efficient technical support for the bio-monitoring and ecological risk assessment of TBBPA pollution.
