中文摘要: 拟除虫菊酯农药广泛运用于渔业生产中,通过食物链进入水产品,给人们健康带来严重威胁;其在水产品中的质量安全风险评估研究较少,且大多集中在母体化合物的残留分析,对其代谢产物的风险评估研究尚未见报道,因此研究拟除虫菊酯农药及其代谢物在水产品中的风险评估具有重要的现实意义。本项目采用代谢组学方法研究拟除虫菊酯农药在罗非鱼中的残留富集及其代谢组信息,主要对不同品种和不同剂量的拟除虫菊酯在罗非鱼血液、肌肉和养殖水体中的残留富集规律及其代谢组信息进行分析。建立拟除虫菊酯在罗非鱼中的代谢组分析方法,明确拟除虫菊酯在罗非鱼体中的代谢产物;探索拟除虫菊酯在罗非鱼中的代谢标志物及其代谢标志物与母体化合物间的量效关系;结合蒙特卡洛模拟建立罗非鱼中拟除虫菊酯及其代谢物的风险评估模型。为风险评估预警监督提供预知平台,为拟除虫菊酯的风险评估提供科学依据,为代谢组学在水产品质量安全风险评估中的运用提供新的思路和方法。

英文摘要: Pyrethroid pesticides are widely used in fishery production, through the food chain into the aquatic products, to bring a serious threat to people's health; its researches in the risk assessment of aquatic products quality safety is less, and mostly focus on the residues analysis of parent compounds, study on its metabolic product risk assessment has not been reported, So the researches of pyrethroid pesticides and its metabolites risk assessment in aquatic products have important practical significance. This project study on the pyrethroid pesticides residual concentration in tilapia and its metabolites using the metabonomics methods, mainly researched the residual concentration and its metabonomics of pyrethroids in tilapia's muscles, blood and breeding water under the different varieties and different doses. Establish the metabolomics analysis method of pyrethroids in tilapia; Clear the pyrethroid metabolites in the tilapia, to explore the metabolic markers of pyrethroids in tilapia and the concentration-response relationship between metabolic markers and the parent compounds; finally combined with the Monte Carlo simulation to establish risk assessment model of pyrethroids and its metabolites in the tilapia. This project can provide a platform for risk assessment early warning surveillance; it will be providing scientific basis for pyrethroids risk assessment; provide new ideas and methods for application of metabonomics in the quality safety risk assessment of aquatic products.
