中文摘要: 熊野属是淡水红藻中最新建立的一个属。该属植物与串珠藻属植物形态结构相似,但果孢子体通常半球形,位于轮节中央,受精丝长度有限,果孢枝弯曲、扭曲或螺旋状,其细胞形状明显区别于营养细胞。分子数据显示其单独聚为一支,明显区别于串珠藻属的类群。该类群也是目前国际上一个活跃的研究领域。本项目将在进行广泛野外调查和标本采集的基础上,对我国熊野属植物进行深入系统的、多特征的分类研究,其研究目的不仅在于澄清我国该属植物的种类和分布,同时还要结合亚显微结构和分子生物学方面的大量数据资料,建立熊野属植物客观有效的分类方法。在此基础上,进一步分析该属植物与其它红藻类群之间的亲缘关系,构建分子系统进化树。本项目不仅对以后该类群的分类和淡水红藻的系统发育研究有非常重要的科学意义,而且对这一珍稀濒危类群的多样性保护和恢复也具有十分重要的现实意义。

英文摘要: Kumanoa is a genus of Rhodophyta established just for three years. This genus shows similar morphlogical characteristics with Batrachospermum, but its carposporophytes always situated at the center of the whorl and are usually hemispherical in shape. Trichogynes are always determinate, and carpogonial branches are curved, twisted or spirally coiled, with cells clearly differentiated from vegetative fascicle cells. The molecular data showed the genus Kumanoa to be a well-supported clade. As Kumanoa is a new genus and have dispute over its resource store, taxnomy and evolution, it becomes to be a new hot spot in Rhophyta area. In this project, the species and classification of Kumanoa in China will be deeply, systematically and multi-characteristically examined. First, widely field investigation and sample collection will be performed. Second, the morphological characteristics as well as molecular data will be obtained and analyzed. A taxa system of Kumanoa, which is more objective and efficient, will be established based on these data and comparison with the other species found around the world. In addition, the relationship with other species in Rhophyta and evolution clockwise will be further analyzed.
