中文摘要: 快速切换认证技术对于WiMAX-WLAN异构网络具有重要意义,它能确保移动终端在改变网络接入点时安全接入并保持服务的连续性。本课题针对现有快速切换认证研究中存在的问题,重点开展三方面研究:1)在充分利用现有网络资源的基础上,构建可证明安全的快速垂直切换认证方案,以实现WiMAX和WLAN网络的安全融合;2)设计只需移动终端具备相对较小的数据存储量、运算量以及密钥计算量的轻量级的快速切换认证协议,使其适用于资源受限的移动终端;3)研究具有隐私保护的快速切换认证机制,解决移动终端在切换认证过程中用户身份和位置等隐私信息泄露的问题。 通过系统、深入地研究WiMAX-WLAN异构网络环境下的快速切换认证理论与方法,重点解决垂直切换认证、隐私保护等关键问题,进而为国内外蓬勃发展的无线城市建设提供技术保障。此外,我们将向国际标准组织提交有关技术提案,力争我国在下一代无线网络国际标准中占有一席之地。

英文摘要: The fast handover authentication ensure the security and the continuity of the mobile station accessing to service network during the association switches. It is significant to research into the WiMAX-WLAN heterogeneous networks. This project aims to solve the existing problems of the fast handover authentication and focus on the following three aspects: 1)To achieve the secure integration of WiMAX and WLAN networks, design provably secure and fast vertical handover authentication scheme which satisfies the little changes of the existing network deployment. 2) To meet the resource-constrained mobile station, design a lightweight and fast handover authentication protocol which requires relatively small data storage, computational complexity and key calculation in mobile station. 3) To reduce the mobile station's privacy information leakage latency, such as identity and position, in the handover authentication process, do some reseaches on the fast handover authentication mechanism with pravicy preservation. We will propose the method for fast vertical handover authentication, privacy preservation, and other critical issues through the reseaches on the fast handover authentication theory and methods in WiMAX-WLAN heterogeneous networks.
