中文摘要: 频谱拍卖可以实现频谱资源在二级市场上的再分配,提高频谱利用率,是解决当前无线网络中频谱资源日益紧缺局面的有效途径之一。然而,这方面的研究还存在若干不足,难以满足真实二级频谱拍卖市场的需求,如仅实现了单维度的频谱复用,而忽略了频谱在时间和空间上的多维度复用,更未在考虑多维度复用的基础上,设计最优或近似最优的频谱拍卖机制,从而导致频谱利用率不高。本项目将针对上述问题,根据不同类型频谱的特点,研究频谱资源在二级市场上的再分配问题,使所设计的拍卖机制在实现多维度频谱复用的前提下,达到社会效益、卖家收益或成交价真实反映供求关系等性能指标的最优或近似最优化。主要研究内容包括:针对空白频谱和有计划使用的频谱的离线单向拍卖机制和离线双向拍卖机制研究,以及针对随机使用的频谱的在线实时拍卖机制研究。通过上述研究,本项目将提出一系列符合真实频谱二级市场需求的拍卖机制,并通过理论分析和仿真模拟证明其有效性。

英文摘要: Spectrum auction, which can improve the efficiency of spectrum utilization by re-allocating spectrum resources in secondary spectrum markets, is one of the most promising methods to deal with the increasing scarcity of spectrum resources in current wireless networks. However, the existing researches cannot meet the real demands of secondary spectrum auction markets due to some shortcomings. For instance, they only realized the single-dimension spectrum reuse, while ignoring the multi-dimension spectrum reuse in time and space. Moreover, they have not designed any optimal or near-optimal spectrum auction mechanisms based on the temporal and spatial spectrum reuse so as to lead to an inefficient spectrum utilization. In order to address above problems, this project will study the spectrum (re)allocation in secondary spectrum markets and design the auction mechanisms based on the temporal and spatial spectrum reuse, which can optimize some economic metrics, such as the social welfare, the seller revenue, or the transaction price. The main issues in this project include the offline single-sided auction and double auction of the unused and well-used spectrums, and the online real-time auction of the randomly used spectrums.
