中文摘要: 未来移动通信系统依赖于多样化的频谱资源以及灵活的频谱复用技术,而白频谱资源的复用是解决未来移动通信频谱紧缺问题的重要突破口。本项目将对不同类型白频谱资源的复用机理进行研究,并重点分析白频谱复用对现有网络生态造成的影响,从而为设计合适的复用机制、实现白频谱资源的优化配置和网络生态的良性循环提供理论依据。具体地说,本项目将运用信息论、优化理论、博弈论、市场理论等工具,从“生态建模、机理分析、机制设计”三个方面对白频谱复用的网络生态影响展开研究:(1)通过生态建模,建立各个系统之间的交互规律;(2)通过机理分析,研究整个网络生态系统的循环机理;(3)基于循环机理,进一步设计合理的复用机制,实现资源的优化配置和生态的良性循环。本项目是一个多学科交叉性研究项目,以“解决白频谱资源的实际应用中的具体问题”和“为未来通信网络中多样化频谱资源的复用策略提供理论参考”为目标,具备实际前瞻性和理论挑战性。

英文摘要: The development of future wireless network relies on the efficient sharing of multiple spectrum resource. White space is a promising spectrum resource for alleviating the spectrum shortage problem in mobile and wireless communications. The real-world deployment and application of white space network involves the economical and technical interactions among multiple industries. Hence, a well-designed sustainable network ecosystem, which achieves not only the interest balance among different network entities, but also the resource optimization of the whole network, is very important for the long-term development of white space technology and networks. However, the existing works mainly focused on the technical issues, without considering the economic issue and the related ecosystem. In this project, we will study the white space network ecosystem model and analyze its mechanism principle systematically. We aim to achieve the following key results: (1) Based on the behavior economics, together with the practical system operation and interaction schemes, we will propose the complete white space network ecosystem models for three different scenarios; (2) Using game theory, market theory, and optimization technique, we will analyze the operational principles of the proposed network ecosystems systematically; (3) Using optimization theory, control theory, and mechanism design theory, we will design rational and efficient mechanisms for the propsed network ecosystems, which achieve not only the sustainable development of the ecosystem, but also the optimization of the entire network. The achievements of our research will be of great importance for practical applications of white space technology and network, hence motivate the long-term development of this novel technology.
