中文摘要: 随柴油机对功率密度要求的不断提升,内冷活塞获得日益广泛的应用。油腔内冷却油的流动和换热过程对活塞的冷却效果影响很大,从而影响到活塞甚至发动机的整体热状态分布。本研究拟从两相流过程的瞬态振荡和传热机理分析出发,结合模拟实验验证,揭示强制振荡下的两相流流动特性,探索不同参数影响下的换热及整体温度分布规律;在此基础上研究内冷活塞在各工作条件,尤其针对高热高转速下的整体温度分布及应力变化,提出与发动机转速、负荷相关联的优化供油控制策略,为实现活塞内部温度的理想化分布提供可能,同时也为活塞内冷结构的优化设计提供理论依据。

英文摘要: The pistons with internal cooling gallery are more and more widely used in diesel engines with the growing requirements of power density. The process of oil flow and heat transfer have a great influence in the cooling efficiency, therefore affects the thermal conditions of piston and entire engine. The current study based on the analysis of transient two-phase oscillating flow and heat transfer mechanisms, combined with the modeling experiments, prepare to explore the principles of two-phase flow and heat transfer under the influences of parameters. On this basis, the entire temperature distribution and variation of stresses in piston under several working conditions are studied. The optimized oil control strategy related to engine speed and load would be supplied. Thus there is possibility of realizing the idealize temperature distribution in piston, and providing the theoretic proof for optimized design of the cooling gallery.
