中文摘要: 伽马氧化铝是应用广泛的催化材料。传统伽马氧化铝的外露表面主要为(110)及(100)晶面。而理论上其(111)面表面能更高、活性更强,如能获得以(111)为主要暴露面的伽马氧化铝,将是一种从传统中创新的新型催化材料。申请人的前期工作表明通过前体组装与表面结构控制确可获得表面主要为(111)面的新型伽马氧化铝,且性能优越。本课题立意细致研究氧化铝纳米粒子与表面活性剂的组装以及随后的结构转化机制,研究制备条件对伽马氧化铝不同晶面暴露比例的影响,探讨组装后颗粒形貌对其暴露晶面的影响,研究(111)面上羟基的构型和电荷并由此产生的独特表面活性位性质,表征该新型氧化铝的固体酸碱性,研究负载其上的活性过渡金属及贵金属组分与载体表面相互作用,以及(111)晶面对负载活性粒子的结构导向作用,了解其与传统氧化铝的负载作用区别,探索如此获得的催化剂在选择氧化、加氢等反应中的催化性能,可望获得高性能催化剂。

英文摘要: Gamma alumina has been widely used as catalyst or catalyst support. Conventionally, its external surface is (100) or (110) crystal faces due to their low surface energy. Its (111) plane, however, has higher energy and then higher activity toward catalysis in theory. If the gamma alumina is synthesized with its (111) plane as external surface, on which catalytic reaction takes place, it should show new performance as catalyst or catalyst support when compared with its conventionally prepared material. The previous work of the proposer has shown the gamma alumina with (111) plane as main external surface can indeed be obtained by the controlled assembly of tiny alumina particles with some surfactants to nanotubues of gamma alumina. The new gamma alumina has shown some interesting catalytic property differing from its conventional counterpart. The current proposal plans to carefully investigate the assembly process of the alumina particles with surfactants and thereby the exposure surface of the resultant alumina, including the configuration of hydroxyls and the unique active sites with the (111) plane, e.g. the acidic/basic peroperty.
