中文摘要: 全球性的土壤重金属污染给人类的健康带来巨大威胁,而土壤跳虫(弹尾虫)不同物种对土壤重金属分别具有独特的敏感性、耐受性及对土壤重金属污染环境的修复能力,在中国优势跳虫物种中筛选模式种是进行相关研究的一个有效途径。采用野外典型环境分层取样、宏-微观技术下的活体跳虫分离、固定标本的系统鉴定、活体标本的实验室分型培养、典型物种的重金属毒理学实验等方法,对中国土壤跳虫的重金属敏感性、耐受性以及其他相关生物学特性进行研究,对中国典型重金属不同污染土壤环境中跳虫的耐受梯度进行排序,期望在中国优势跳虫物种或特有物种中筛选出重金属敏感种和耐受种,标定跳虫重金属敏感种和耐受种相对指标,分别作为选择适合土壤监测的中国跳虫标准虫和适合跳虫重金属耐受机理研究的模式跳虫的主要依据。此外,对部分跳虫物种的重金属耐受机制进行初步探索。

英文摘要: The global problem of soil heavy metal pollution is a severe menace to human health. A variety of springtail (Collembola) species bear properties of specific sensitivity, viability or restoration ability against soil heavy metal. An effective way to carry out related research is to filter model species in the dominant springtails of China. This research intend to apply a series of methods, such as 1) stratified sampling of field typical environment, 2) separation of living springtail in macro-micro technology, 3) systematic identification of fixed specimens, 4) typing training of a live specimen in lab and 5) heavy metal toxicological experiment of typical springtail species, to explore the properties of Chinese soil springtail in terms of sensitivity, viability and other relevant biological characters. By ranking the viability gradient of springtails in typical sites of soil heavy metal pollution in China, we expect to sort out the sensitive species and high-viable species among Chinese dominant species and endemic species by screening, normalize the relative standard of "sensitivity" and "viability" for springtail species, and therefore these can be seen as the main foundations for choosing Chinese standard springtail species for soil monitoring and model species for the mechanism research of heavy metal toler
