中文摘要: 半导体纳米晶已经成为一类重要的电学及光电子材料,并广泛应用于场效应晶体管、光探测器、发光二极管及太阳能电池。然而目前的研究主要集中于球形量子点薄膜,而准一维的纳米棒则研究得很少。基于天然的传输通道、增强的电学耦合及多激子产生效应、溶液工艺操控等优点,本项目以铅的硫族化物纳米棒为研究对象,研究其制备及其薄膜的新特性。项目主要研究内容包括:(1)PbS纳米棒制备的新方法及其形貌演化机理;(2)铅的硫族化物纳米棒薄膜的结构、光学和电学特性;(3)铅的硫族化物纳米棒薄膜的载流子传输机理。本项目研究将为另一类半导体纳米材料即铅的硫族化物纳米棒的应用提供坚实的理论及实验基础。

英文摘要: Semiconductor nanocrystals have become an important calss of materials for electronics and optoelectronics and are extensively applied in field effect transistors, photodetectors, light-emitting diodes and solar cells. However, most of the study has been focused on spherical quantum dots while the quasi-1D nanorods are much less investigated. Due to natural route for transport, enhanced electric coupling and multiple exciton generation, solution process, etc., we focus on lead chalcogenide nanorods, investigating their syntheses and the new properites of their thin films. The main research includes: (1) New methods for the synthesis of PbS nanorods and the mechanism of the morphological evolution; (2) Structural, optical and electrical properties of lead chalcogenide nanorod thin films; (3) The mechanism of carrier transport of the nanorod thin film. The research of this project may provide substantial theoretical and experimental base for the applications of another class of semiconductor nanomaterials, i.e. lead chalcogenide nanorods.
