中文摘要: 手指尖触觉是人体最灵敏的接触感知方式,对手的精确运动控制至关重要。在各类慢性外周神经病和急性手外伤中,指尖触觉极易受损并严重影响手功能。目前,对指尖触觉障碍下手的感知运动融合研究已成为医学界和工程界共同关心的热点问题。本项目研究指尖触觉障碍对拇指和食指配合的精确抓握能力的影响。项目将利用单、双指局部麻醉技术模拟触觉障碍,并运用静态及扰动力学实验记录负载力平稳和周期性变化时,拇指及食指的空间三维力、力矩和指尖压力中心点等动力学信号,分析其复现性、波动性和相位同步性特征,并挖掘二指动力学系统的耦合关系和特征参数的时间演变规律,从而阐明平衡和非平衡指尖触觉障碍下二指动力学协调性的改变。本项目有助于深入认识快适应和慢适应两种机械刺激感受器的作用、拇指和食指在抓握控制中的功能特性、以及触觉主导下的后向反馈和前向预测控制机制等关键问题,在手功能的客观量化评估和柔性机器手的理论研究方面都有重要意义。

英文摘要: Hand-fingertip touch sensation is one of the most sensitive contact perceptions in human-beings. It plays a role in hand precise manipulation. Various types of chornic peripheral neuropathies or acute hand injuries can easily damage the fingertip touch and thereby severely affect hand functions. Today, the sensorimotor integration of hand particularly under fingertip tactile impairment has become a hot issue in both medical profession and engineering. This project aims to find the effects of fingertip tactile deficits upon the precision grip between thumb and index fingers. The simulation of tactile impairment will be realized by local anesthesia to single or couple digits. By sequently performed static and dynamic biomechanics experiments, the kinetic signals of three components of force, three directional moments and two coordinates of fingertip center of pressure in condition of either stable or cyclically changed load force will be recorded individually from thumb and index finger. These signals will be analyzed to find out the patterns in recurrence, fluctuation and phase synchonization, to explore the coupling relationship in between two digit systems, and to identify any time effects exhibited from parameters.
