中文摘要: 项目对热处理木纤维(HTWF)组构汽车发动机空气滤芯的嵌藏理论及其制备工艺关键技术进行研究。以木材细胞学、微观力学、计算机图形学以及木材精密加工为基础,获得破裂管胞壁微米木纤维,然后研制新型HTWF发动机空气滤芯。探索HTWF滤芯嵌藏尘埃粒子微观机理,对发展HTWF汽车发动机进气滤芯净化理论及产品工业化具有重要意义。项目研制HTWF滤芯加工试验台和检测试验台,确定实验室制备HTWF发动机空气滤芯的工艺参数并加工试验样品,对检测合格的HTWF滤芯进行材性与力学机理研究;基于Boltzmann方法建立木纤维净化的数学描述基础,建立嵌藏统计模型,计算其嵌藏解、过滤效率及压降;并通过自行编制的程序建立纤维随机分布的空气滤芯3D模型,运用Fluent软件进行模拟仿真,分析影响HTWF滤芯性能的因素,综合嵌藏理论研究结果,并与试验进行比较和修正,创建HTWF滤芯净化机理。

英文摘要: The embed mechanism and key fabrication technique of automotive engine air filter formed with heat treated wood fiber (HTWF) were studied in this Project. According to wood cytology, micro-mechanics, computer graphics and wood precision machining, we will make micro wood fiber with tracheid wall cracked, and develop new HTWF engine air filter. It is very important that embedded micro-mechanism of dust particle in the HTWF filter is researched for developing purification theory and product industrialization of HTWF automotive engine air filter. At first, we will develop processing machine and test bench of HTWF filter,determine the process parameters of HTWF engine air filter in the laboratory and make the samples of HTWF filter, study the properties and mechanism of qualified HTWF filter. Then, Based on Boltzmann to set up the mathematical description of wood fiber purification, build embedd statistical model,and calculated the embedded hidden solution, filtration efficiency and pressure drop. After that, we will set up the 3D model of HTWF filter that fibers were random distribution through the program(developed by authors), use Fluent software for simulation, analysis factors that influenced the performance of THWF filter. Last, we will correct results by comparing the embedded mechanism and test,and creat real purification mechanism of THWF filter.
