中文摘要: 基于手机平台的RFID是把RFID阅读器与作为移动通信终端的手机相结合,以RFID技术为手段,通过移动通信网络平台快速获取信息的新技术。它会对未来信息获取方式产生巨大的改变,是电子信息领域一个新的发展方向。本课题通过理论分析、仿真计算和实验等方法,对基于手机平台的RFID的几项关键技术进行深入研究。以信息读取过程中电磁场分布与传输特性的分析为理论基础,研究以EBG电路作为反射器的天线小型化设计方法,以提高RFID天线的方向性和与手机天线之间的隔离度;采用LTCC工艺方法设计微波匹配电路,以实现嵌入式射频模块的小型化;并针对基于手机平台的RFID的应用特点,研究多阅读器工作条件下的快速防碰撞算法等关键理论和技术。为制定基于手机平台的RFID设计方案与应用标准提供理论依据,为取得相关技术的自主知识产权提供技术保障。

英文摘要: RFID based on the mobile phone platform is a new technology, combining the RFID reader with mobile phone which is used as a mobile communication terminal, and it can help us obtain information rapidly through the mobile communication network platform. It brings a new development direction in the field of electronic information which will radically change the way of information obtaining. This issue conduct study thoroughly on several critical technology of RFID which is based on the mobile phone platform. According to the theoretical basis of the electromagnetic field distribution and transmission characteristics of the information obtaining process, the design method of antenna miniaturization which use EBG circuit as a reflector has been studied in order to improve the directivity of the RFID antenna and the isolation between RFID antenna and mobile phone antennas. Microwave matching circuit made by the method of LTCC craft has been adopted in order to realize the miniaturization of embedded RF modules. Express anti-collision algorithm and other critical theory and technology has been studied to adapt to the application characteristics of RFID which is base on the mobile phone platform in the case of multiple reader, providing theoretical basis for RFID design scheme and application standards based on the mobi
