中文摘要: 随着互联网的普及和电子商务的发展,电子商务交易中的商品与商户数飞速增加,导致用户出现信息迷航和信息过载的问题,传统的电子商务推荐算法,难以有效解决此类问题。为此,提出一种基于人眼关注度与情感分析的电子商务智能推荐方法,根据改进的P-CR(Pupil and Corneal Reflections)技术建立角膜反射向量与POG(Point of Gaze)的映射关系,构建基于瞳孔检测的非侵入式人眼关注度模型,并根据人体的基本静态属性与3D动态特征,对用户的满意度进行情感计算与分析,进而根据人体属性、人眼感兴趣区域、情感特征以及用户评分等多特征融合,构建广义协同过滤智能推荐算法。通过本项目的研究,将为形成一套基于视觉感知的电子商务智能推荐系统设计理论与方法打下基础,为新型电子商务产业服务。

英文摘要: With the rapid development of Internet and electronic commerce, there are more and more consumers and commodities on electronic commerce websites. The problem of information overload emerges with the presence of too much information to consumers. Traditional recommendation algorithms in electronic commerce websites cannot resolve this problem effectively. To overcome the problem of information overload, this project proposes an intelligent recommendation method based on eye fixation detection and emotion analysis. An eye fixation model will be designed by building the relationship between the pupil-cornea reflection vector and POG(Point of Gaze) based on the improved P-CR (Pupil and Corneal Reflections) technique. Furthermore, an emotion recognition algorithm for consumers' satisfactions is proposed based on the static features and 3D dynamic features from the human body. Based on the features of human body, regions of interest, emotion features and user rating, we use a general collaborative filtering method to design the intelligent recommendation algorithm. The research of this project will investigate into the theory and method of intelligent recommendation system design for electronic commerce based on visual perception, which can provide the key technical and theoretical support for the next-generation electronic commerce applications.
