中文摘要: 土壤中溶解性有机质是影响重金属生物可利用性的关键因素之一,但DOM组成和结构的复杂性使得目前对DOM影响植物吸收、输送和贮存重金属机理的认识还缺乏一致结论。本研究选择对重金属耐受性较好的超富集生态型拟南芥(Arabidopsis halleri)为研究对象,利用同步辐射X射线近边吸收光谱、核磁共振等分析技术,开展DOM对拟南芥吸收、输送和贮存重金属影响机理的研究。研究不同DOM极性、官能团特性对拟南芥根系吸收离子态Pb、Zn、Cu的影响,DOM-重金属络合物与其它重金属络合形态在拟南芥中的生物可利用性差异及配体竞争关系,达到揭示DOM在植物吸收、输送和贮存重金属过程中的机理和规律的目的,为进一步开展DOM与植物细胞、亚细胞中重金属的相关研究提供重要技术手段和科学依据。

英文摘要: Dissolved organic matter (DOM) in soil is one of the key factors influencing the heavy metal bio-availability. Given the complexity of DOM composition and structure, an agreed conclusion has not been reached for the role and mechanism of DOM in plants' absorption, transmission and storage processes of heavy metals. In this study, we selecte the hyper-accumulation ecotype Arabidopsis halleri as the research object for its good tolerability of heavy metals. Synchrotron radiation X-ray absorption near edge structure (XANES) and nuclear magnetic resonance etc. will be used for the analysis of mechanism of how absorption, transmission and storage of Pb, Zn and Cu, including the mechanism of root absorption of ionic state heavy metals, membrane transport and diffusion transport, and the analysis on bio-availability difference and competition relationship between DOM-heavy metal complex and other type of heavy metal complex in plant. Comprehension of these mechanisms would provide important technical and scientific basis for further study of DOM-heavy metal relationship in plant cells and subcells.
