中文摘要: 射频电磁干扰是现代电子系统中必须解决的问题。互连丰富集成电路是重要的集成电路。它们的射频电磁抗扰性值得特别关注。近年的研究虽然在测试、建模和优化上有所发展,然而抗扰性的谱线结构没有被系统研究过,抗扰性频率特性的成因也不明确。本项目计划建立一个关于抗扰性机理的模式理论:将宽带的抗扰性谱分为一系列特征结构,每个特征结构对应一种抗扰性模式。项目将研究芯片、封装和电路板各组成的构形规格以及工艺库标准单元与抗扰性谱线的关系,找到每种模式所对应的电路物理结构和谱线特征结构,提出一套描述抗扰性机理的概念,给出计算谱线特征的具体表达式。项目将使用仿真和测量的方法获得各种结构电路的抗扰性谱线,提出抗扰性机理各模式的假设,并一一进行实验确认。项目还将研究不同干扰样式下机理理论的适用性。通过此项研究,我们将对互连丰富集成电路的抗扰性机理有清楚的认识,并能针对抗扰模式去安排测试方案、确定模型组成和寻找优化手段。

英文摘要: The radio frequency inteference is a key problem in modern electronic system design. The interconnection-rich integrated circuit (IRIC) is a class of very important integrated circuits.Their immunity to radio frequency interference deserve special attention. During the past years, research have made progress on test method, modelling method and optimization.However,the structure of the immunity spectrum have not been systematically examined and and their origins are unclear. The motivation of the project is to establish a theory about the immunity mechanism: the braodband spectrum is divided into critical features; each feature is related to a immunity mode. The project studies the relationship between the immunity spectrum and the structure type and size of the chip, package and the board to find the circuit compoments and spectrum features of each immunity mode. A set of concepts on the immunity mechanisms and a set of equations to calculate the spectrum features will be built up. The project use simulation and test to obatin the spectrum data. Hypothesis will be raised based on some of the data and then verified with other data.The applicability of the mechanism theory will be checked under various interference styles.After this project, it is expected that we will have clear understanding on the IRIC immunity mechanisms. We will be able to arrange immunity test, determine the model components and find optimization method based on immunity modes.
