中文摘要: 随着企业信息系统越来越普及,近年来学术界开始关注采纳及实施后的消化吸收阶段。已有文献通常研究组织层次的信息系统消化吸收影响机制,却往往忽略个体层次。对于信息系统在组织内持续消化吸收的过程而言,作为系统直接使用者的系统用户扮演着极为重要的角色。因此,本项目拟将企业信息系统消化吸收研究从已有的组织层次拓展到个体层次,分析系统用户消化吸收水平的内涵和度量、及其消化吸收行为模式,研究用户感知范畴和组织环境范畴两方面的关键因素对用户消化吸收的影响机制,进而基于多层次理论视角对个体层次与组织层次消化吸收的相互影响关系进行实证,以期能够提出个体层次和多层次的企业信息系统消化吸收理论。从而在理论上能够对信息系统领域的个体层次及多层次研究有所贡献;在实践上能够为企业提升系统用户的消化吸收水平有所指导,最终达到优化信息系统在企业内消化吸收效果的目的。

英文摘要: Enterprise information systems is becoming increasingly popular now. In recent years, IS scholars started to pay much attention to the assimilation stage of enterprise information systems instead of the adoption and implementation stage. Most of the extant literature focused on the organizational level assimilation of enterprise information systems, but the individual level had been often ignored. However, for the continuous assimilation stage of enterprise information systems within the organizations, the system users who directly use the systems play a very important role. Therefore, this project attempts to expand the studies on enterprise information systems assimilation from the organizational level to the individual level. Firstly, we will analysis the measure and behavior patterns of the system users' assimilation. Then we will study the critical factors and influencing mechanism of users' assimilation from the perspectives of user perception and organization environment. Finally, based on the multi-level theoretical perspective, we will empirically examine the interactive relationship between the individual level and organizational level.
