中文摘要: 首先利用胶晶模板法,通过改变煅烧温度制备具有不同晶型的三维有序大孔(3DOM)二氧化钛(TiO2)材料,然后利用聚苯胺(PANI)对3DOM TiO2材料进行修饰改性,获得具有3DOM结构的PANI/TiO2新型复合光催化剂。利用PANI(Eg=2.8ev)带隙较窄和良好导电性,使3DOM PANI/TiO2复合材料禁带宽度向可见光响应的同时,降低3DOM PANI/TiO2复合材料光生电子-空穴复合率,提高光催化量子效率,从而3DOM PANI/TiO2材料在紫外光和可见光下,均有良好光催化性能,并通过各种现代表征、理论计算等手段,揭示3DOM PANI/TiO2的微观结构、能带结构、表面态以及光生载流子与光催化活性的关系,并分析其降有机废水的光催化氧化内在反应机制和反应动力学。另外,3DOM结构在几百个纳米量级,强度好,使3DOM PANI/TiO2材料在流体中应用时易再生回收。

英文摘要: Three-dimensional ordered macroporous (3DOM) TiO2 materials were first prepared via colloidal crystal templating method and the samples' crystallinities could be controlled by different calcinated temperature. And then, polyanline was used to modify prepared 3DOM TiO2 materials to make a new-type composite photocatalyst- - 3DOM PANI/TiO2. Due to narrow bandgap and good conductivty of polyanline, the visible-response of 3DOM PANI/TiO2 could be improved, and the recombination of photo-electron and hole could be decreased. Consequently, 3DOM PANI/TiO2 had excellent photoactivity under the conditions of UV and visible light.Various characteristic methods and theoretical calculations were used to display the relationships between the sample's microstructure, bandgap structure, surface state, photogenic charge carrier and photocativity, and further analyze the photocatalytic mechnanism and reaction kinetics. In addtion, 3DOM structure was at hundrends of nanometer level and had good intensity, which made 3DOM PANI/TiO2 materials regenerated easily in the application of liqiud phase.
