中文摘要: 广西重金属污染严重,因此探寻治理重金属污染的方法尤为紧迫和必要。本项目拟以木薯茎秆(渣)为原料改性制备重金属吸附剂。①研究改性方法、合成路线、改性合成机理和条件,即改性试剂的选择、物料投加量、反应温度、时间等因素,采用扫描电镜、红外光谱、XRD、元素分析、比表面积测定、微电泳仪等技术对吸附剂改性前后进行结构和性质表征;②研究吸附剂对污染物的吸附机理及性能,确定吸附热力学及动力学模型,为废水处理工艺的确定提供动力学依据;③对处理后的残渣进行分析,研究吸附剂再生方法及重金属的回用,确定再生工艺条件;④对处理实际废水全过程的影响因素、规律及工艺条件的优化等方面进行综合研究。本项目结合广西盛产木薯,具有大量可利用木薯茎秆渣的资源优势,制备的吸附剂成本低,可大量方便用于重金属废水处理,为重金属废水处理提供更经济的方法,能延伸木薯产业链,为废物资源化提供途径,同时为重金属的回用、减轻环境污染提供依据。

英文摘要: The heavy metal pollution is serious in Guangxi. Therefore, seeking treatment methods and techniques of metals contaminate is extremely urgent and necessary. Cassava residues will be used as the raw materials to prepare metal adsorbents with excellent adsorption performance on heavy metals by chemical modification of cassava residues in this project. The research will focus on the modification methods, synthetic routine, synthetic mechanism and condition including the selection of modification reagents, materials dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time. Meanwhile the performance and mechanism of the adsorbents on pollutants will be investigated. The adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics models will be established in order to provide a kinetics basis for treatment technology of wastewater. In addition, residues from wastewater treatment will be analyzed, and the study of desorption and reuse technology of adsorbents will be conducted in order to determined reuse technological conditions. Moreover, the influencing factors, influencing law and optimization of technological conditions on the entire proceeding of practical wastewater treatment will be comprehensively studied.
