中文摘要: 团队有效协同创新的必要条件之一是开放的隐性知识共享机制。相比于显性知识,其共享成本更高,相应的“搭便车”等机会主义行为更隐蔽更难监督管理,从而难以实现有效共享。因此,本项目拟研究隐性知识共享的激励有效性问题。成员之间隐性知识共享博弈行为是一个长期动态性过程。在其中引入相关的一些关键要素,比如决策的滞后性、监督和惩罚机制、公平感知效用、社会资本、协同效应等参数,用随机动态博弈模型来刻画这一过程中的信息不对称以及诸多内外部不确定因素的干扰。揭示上述关键要素与博弈结果之间的非线性作用机理,即稳定性和突变性分析。同时,以上述演化为基本约束,研究管理者共享激励的实时随机最优化决策问题,寻找能为团队带来整体最大效益的优化方案。对研究结论一方面与现有的相关静态实证研究进行对比,同时,对引入的一些新要素和得出的新结论,通过开发新的相关实证研究,并结合计算机仿真和典型的协同创新团队案例来进行佐证。

英文摘要: One necessary condition of the effectiveness of collaborative innovation, is the open tacit knowledge sharing mechanism. Compared with explicit knowledge, the sharing of tacit knowledge needs more costs. Meanwhile it is more covert and is more difficult to supervise. Consequently, it is harder to be shared effectively. Therefore, the efficiency of incentive management on tacit knowledge sharing will be explored in this project. The process of the game between team members on tacit knowledge sharing is long-term and dynamical. In this process, some related key factors, such as delay nature, supervising and punishment mechanism, the fairness perception utility, social capital and synergistic effect. Meanwhile, it is true that this game will suffer information asymmetry and much disturbance stemming from internal and external uncertain factors . Consequently, this process will be described by stochastic dynamic game models in this study. We will reveal the nonlinear relationship between the factors mentioned above and the outcome of the game, i. e., the analysis of stability and catastrophe on this evolution process. Meanwhile, letting the stochastic evolutionary mechanism as a basic constrain condition, this study investigates real-time stochastic optimal decision problems on incentive management to explore the optimal strategies which can maximize the payoff of the innovation team. We will test the theoretical conclusions by, on one hand comparing our studies with existing related static empirical research, and on the other hand, developing new related empirical research to test the new factors and conclusions, integrating computer simulations and typical cases of collaborative innovation teams.
