中文摘要: 智能电网高级量测体系(AMI)中的邻域网是由智能电表和网关组成的双向多蜂窝通信网络,包含状态监测、实时电价和用电负荷等不同优先级别信息,上述业务信息的服务质量(QoS)体现在传输时延和数据包丢失率上。因此,以提高频谱利用效率为目标的传统无线接入控制方法无法保证智能电网多优先级信息的QoS需求。本项目针对上述问题,研究面向智能电网多优先级业务信息QoS需求的接入控制方法。首先,建立可以描述业务信息QoS需求的有效容量模型;其次,基于有效容量设计网关的接纳控制方案,并构造多智能电表的载波分配博弈模型,设计分布式动态算法指导智能电表协商载波数分配。进一步,根据待发送信息的QoS与其临界QoS需求的关系,在线调度智能电表有序接入载波。最后,设计半实物仿真平台测试有效容量模型和接入控制方案的性能。本项目可为智能电网故障在线监测及用户和电力服务商信息互动提供技术支撑,保证电网可靠运行和供需平衡。

英文摘要: Neighborhood Area Networks (NANs) of advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) in smart grid are two-way communication networks with multiple cells, composed of several smart meters and gateways. In the NANs, there are several services with different priorities, such as sensing information, real time price, eletricity power. Quality of Service (QoS) in the smart grid is related to time delays and packet loss ratio. Therefore, it is hard to guarantee the QoS of services in the smart grid by using traditional access control techonologies target at improving the spectrum efficiency. In this project, a new access control method is proposed to satisfy the QoS requirements in the smart grid. Firstly, effective capacity is shwon for describing the QoS requirment in the smart grid. Secondly, an admission control framework is proposed based on the effective capacity. Moreover, the carriers allocation problem is first cast into a cooperative game model, then a distributed algorithm is shown to make the smart meters bargain the number of carriers. Thirdly, the smart meters are scheduled to access and select the carriers online based on the obtained QoS and the critical required QoS.
