中文摘要: 以聚球藻Synechococcus sp.为材料,研究环境因子对Synechococcus sp.低碳链脂肪酸合成的影响,获取促进Synechococcus sp.低碳链脂肪酸累积的关键环境因子,获得高产低碳链脂肪酸的藻株;通过分析环境因子与低碳链脂肪酸合成相关基因FabB、FabF和FabH表达量之间的关系,以及FabB、FabF和FabH基因的缺失比较研究,搞清楚环境因子对Synechococcus sp.低碳链脂肪酸合成相关基因的调控机理,以及环境因子与脂肪酸组成变化间的作用机制。研究结果对阐明微藻细胞低碳链脂肪酸合成与累积的分子机制,以及与低碳链脂肪酸合成相关的重要基因功能及其表达调节等具有重要的理论意义;也可为未来开发利用微藻生产低碳链脂肪酸、以及利用代谢工程手段构建工程微藻生产低碳链脂肪酸和富含低碳链脂肪酸藻种的选育等提供科学指导。

英文摘要: The microalga Synechococcus sp. is used in the study, Researches on the effects of environmental factors on the synthesis of short chain fatty acids in miroalgal cells are conducted. The key environmental factors and the microalgal species which could stimulate the accumulation of short chain fatty acids in cells are expected to be obtained. By analyzing the relationship between the expression or mutation of FabB、FabF and FabH genes and environmental factors, the molecular mechanisms involved in the accumulation of short chain fatty acids in Synechococcus sp. are expected to be elucidated. The results are important to the knowledge of the function of the key genes related to the synthesis of short chain fatty acids and their expression regulation in miroalgae cells. It could also provide the scientific basis for the build of bioengineering microalgae and the breeding of short chain fatty acid-rich microalgae species.
