中文摘要: 针对目前激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术应用于液相基质样品定量分析时出现的检测灵敏度和精确度低等重要问题,本项目拟建立水溶液中多种微量重金属元素定量分析LIBS实验装置,研究水溶液中微量重金属元素纳秒脉冲LIBS特性以及提高LIBS检测灵敏度和精确度的实验方法。主要通过快速ICCD成像技术、时间和空间分辨发射光谱技术,研究激光参数、液体射流取样系统参数、光谱探测系统参数对激光诱导液相基质等离子体形成和演化动力学特性、LIBS信号强度、信噪比、信号强度标准偏差、背景信号标准偏差、检测灵敏度、精确度的影响,获得实现水溶液中多种微量重金属元素同时检测的LIBS最优化实验参数,建立一个能克服常规定标方法中基质效应的微量重金属元素绝对浓度的定量分析方法,有效地提高水溶液中多种微量重金属元素同时检测的灵敏度、精确度。实验结果能为LIBS技术应用于工业废水重金属污染的快速、在线检测提供理论和技术支持。

英文摘要: In view of the existing problems of low detection sensitivity and low accuracy in quantitative measurement the multi-trace heavy metal elements in aqueous solution by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy,we will establish an experiment device to quantitative analysis the multi-trace heavy metal elements by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS). The properties of nanosecond LIBS and the experiment approach to enhance the LIBS detection sensitivity and accuracy will be investigated in this project. We will focus our study of the effections of the laser parameters, liquid jet sampling system parameters, and the spectrum detetion system parameters on the formation and evolution dynamics of laser induced plasmas produced in liquid matrix sample and on the LIBS signal intensity, singnal to noise ratio, detection sensitivety, standard deviations of LIBS signal and bacground signal, and accuracy by ICCD imaging and temporal and spityial resolved emission spectrum methods. The optimum experiment parameters to realize the quantitative measurement of muti-trace heavy elements by LIBS will be obtained. A developed quantitative analysis approach to measure the absolute concentrations of the trace heavy metal elements without considering matrix effct in the calibration-based LIBS will be presented to effectively improve LIBS detection sensitivity and accuracy for the multi-trace heavy metal elements detection in aqueous solution. Our experiment results can provid with theoretical foundation and technical parameters for the application of LIBS to the fast and on-line monitor of trace heavy metal pollution in industrial waster water.
