中文摘要: 杂种优势利用是目前有效提高作物产量的主要途径,人们已经从分子遗传、转录组、蛋白质组学等多个层面进行研究,然而杂种优势的机理还不是很清楚。产量是一种复杂表型,本身和代谢密切相关,以研究植物整体代谢的代谢组学,是解析水稻杂种优势的有效手段之一。前期研究显示,亲本明恢63、珍汕97和杂种汕优63灌浆期的代谢谱成等边三角形的关系。为了深入研究杂种优势的代谢机理,本项目选用闽恢3301恢复系,5个不育系及它们的杂交后代,组成不同产量水平的杂交组合。采用GC-TOF/MS和LC-QTOF/MS高通量分析方法,建立11个水稻品种关键发育时期和代表性组织的代谢谱,以植株形态和产量表型作为依据,通过多变量分析、模式识别技术,解析水稻杂种优势的代谢机理,初步建立预测杂种优势的代谢模型,并验证模型的可靠性,鉴定与产量相关的关键代谢物,为杂种选育提供理论依据。

英文摘要: The utilization of heterosis is the main way to improve crop yields.The mechanism of heterosis is still not clear, although it has been studied from multiple levels of molecular genetic, transcriptomics, proteomics,howerver,it is still not clear. As a complex phenotype, production itself is closely related to metabolism. Metabolomics, studying the whole plant metabolome, is one of the effective ways to investigate the heterosis of rice. This project came from the early discovery that there were an equilateral triangle relationship between the metabolic matrix between minghui 63, zhenshan 97 and its hybrid shanyou 63 in the grain filling stage. In order to thoroughly explore the metabolic mechanism between the different production levels combinations, this project selected minhui 3301 restorer lines, and five male sterile lines and their hybrid offspring respectively, as different combinations. Using high-throughput analysis methods such as GC-TOF/MS and LC-QTOF/MS, analysis the metabolic change patterns of representative organizations of 11 rice varieties in the critical developmental stages. Based on the morphological phenotype and production levels, establish a metabolic model between the different hybrid combinations by multivariate analysis and pattern recognition technology.
