中文摘要: 烈性传染病、生物恐怖以及合成生物技术缪用导致生物威胁的种类快速增长,人类现有的知识、技术和产品储备往往不能有效应对“未知”生物威胁,建立针对“未知”生物威胁的快速反应系统对于维护人类健康和国家安全具有重要意义。另一方面,在生物大数据的推动下,新一代生物威胁的检测、防治技术体系正在快速形成。本项目提出以公开的基因组、细胞反应印记等生物大数据资源为基础,突破海量测序数据的跨基因组快速并行过滤、大规模通路辨识、超大规模并行表达谱印记聚类和药物关联网络社团挖掘等关键技术,建立起非培养样品中的快速病原确证、感染损伤机理快速解析和防治药物快速重定位等关键技术方法,开发相关的应用软件原型系统并进行真实测试,为最终形成以生物大数据分析为基础的生物威胁快速反应系统奠定技术基础。

英文摘要: Infectious diseases, bioterrorism and error use of synthetic biotechnology resulting in rapid growth of biological threats. The existing knowledge, technology and product can not effectively deal with the unknown biological threats. Establishing technology systems for rapid reaction against unknown biological threat is important for the maintenance of human health and national security. On the other hand, under the impetus of biological big data, the new generation of bio-threat detection, prevention and control technology system is rapidly forming. Based on the public data resources of genome and cell responses, in this project, we pursue breakthroughs for massive sequencing data parallel filtering, large-scale expression profile parallel clustering, associated network community mining and other key technologies. Using these techniques, we will develop software prototype system that can implement rapid pathogen identification for non-culture samples, rapid uncover of damage mechanisms of infection, and rapid drug repositioning. The expected research results will form the basis of big data -supported rapid response systems for biological threats.
