中文摘要: 纳米电介质的研究已经走过了十几年的历程,但不同研究者的研究结果还存在分歧,如纳米复合物的介电常数是增加还是减小;纳米复合结构引入的是深陷阱还是浅陷阱;纳米粒子的引入是可以抑制空间电荷的形成还是促进空间电荷积累以及无机物含量对击穿强度的影响等。申请人认为导致上述现象出现的主要原因是纳米粒子的分散性和逾渗问题。本项目借助SEM、TEM技术,ImageJ方法,通过统计学中的样方法(Quadratbased method)、最小邻域距法(Nearest neighborhood distance method),求得表征纳米粒子分散均匀性的偏度参数和表征纳米粒子在基体中分布均匀性的距离比参数,定量表征纳米粒子在复合物中的分散性,并研究分散性对复合物空间电荷特性、介电谱特性、耐电晕性和击穿特性等介电行为的影响;研究不同无机物、不同含量、不同基体纳米复合物的逾渗阈值及与介电行为的关系。

英文摘要: The research on nanodielectris has been carried for more than a decade. Yet problems remain on the research results, such as the difference between researchers on the characteristics of permittivity, the diverging opinions on whether deep trap or shallow trap is introduced by nanostructure and whether the nanopaticles suppresses the formation of space charge or accelerates the accumulation of charge, and the effect of the content of inorganic fillers on breakdown strength. The applicants observe the problems mentioned above mainly result from the dispersion of nanopaticles and the percolation phenomenon. This project will quantify the dispersion of nanopaticles in nanocomposites by applying SEM and TEM technology and Image method, and by means of quadrat based method and nearest neighnorhood distance method, calculating the skewness which can characterize the diapersion of nanopaticles and the ratios Rk which can characterize the uniformity of distribution of nanopaticles in nanocomposites. The effect of dispersion on space charge behavior, dielectric spectrum characteristics, corona-resistance and breakdown strength will be investigated. The relations between the percolation threshold and dieletric behaviors of nanocomposites will be examined.
