中文摘要: 以水热法、溶胶-凝胶法获得Pr,Eu,Lu, Gd,Bi掺杂的微/纳米钛酸盐荧光粉,引入H3BO3,MgO, ZrO2为助剂,并以氮化物原料、中低温气相氮化方法进行掺氮,采用微波烧结、热压烧结获得耐高温红色长余辉陶瓷。通过M2+,Zn2+,Ti4+的配比调控晶相组成,在高温下通过扩散-反应-掺杂获得类似于PN结的相结结构,获得白天吸收太阳光、晚上再缓慢释放的陶瓷材料,达到建筑物外墙自照明的节能效应。计算掺杂稀土离子的陷阱深度及氮掺杂对基质材料能带的影响,项目旨在建立复相微纳米荧光粉形貌与发光性质之间的关系,发展氮掺杂钛酸盐体系发光陶瓷制备新方法,认知氮掺杂MTiO3/Zn2TiO3/M2Zn2Ti16O38体系的发光本质,探索长余辉发光与陶瓷微观结构、晶体类型及晶体形态之间的关系,建立稀土氧化物、非金属氮调控红色长余辉发光陶瓷的模型,对开发新型太阳能利用材料具有重要的意义。

英文摘要: Pr-,Eu-,Lu-, Gd-,Bi-doped or co-doped sub-micro/nano sized titanate phosphors will be prepared by hydrothermal method and sol-gel method, and then the phosphors will be calcined using microwave or hot pressed sintering with H3BO3,MgO and ZrO2 as fluxing agents in order to obtain red-emitting long lasting ceramics. By controlling the mole ratios of M2+(M=Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba), Zn2+ and Ti4+ ion, different ratio of MTiO3, Zn2TiO4 and M2Zn4Ti16O38, having the microstructure similar to the PN junction, are obtained under high temperature firing by diffusion-reaction-doping. This material will be applied in building exterior walls in order to improve both energy conservation during the daytime and also the emission at night. We will calculate the trap depth of rare earth ion and changes of the hosts energy band affected by N doping.This project aims to create new methods for preparation of multiphase titanium ceramics, investigate the luminescent nature of MTiO3 /Zn2TiO4/ M2Zn2Ti16O38 systems doped with nitrogen. In addition, the importance of crystal type and morphology on the relationship between persistent glow and microstructure will be determined to establish a red persistent glow model regulated by rare earth oxides and nonmetal nitrogen. This model that we will develop will be very significant for the development of new materials for utilizing solar energy.
