中文摘要: 当前,在复杂、恶劣电磁环境中利用演化硬件技术进行电子设备的故障自修复研究对于国防、航天等诸多领域具有重要意义。本项目针对当前国内外演化硬件技术所遇到的商业可重配置芯片普遍存在的内部结构细节与位串格式不公开等问题,借鉴脑神经网络的相关结构特征与优良特性,探索脑神经网络与电路间的对等映射关系,采用从生物特性到物理电路转换的研究方法,构建类神经网络结构电路,设计互联母板与功能子板分离的系统架构,实现便于监测、通用性强的开放式类神经网络结构演化电路平台。基于该电路平台以演化方式生成2位加法器,利用电磁干扰源对其进行干扰,在部分器件损伤失效、电路功能异常后,通过演化重配置方式恢复原有电路功能。类神经网络结构电路的设计与开放式电路演化平台的构建,为实现电路故障自修复提供了一种新思路。将该电路平台与其它电磁防护措施相结合,能够有效提高电子设备在复杂、恶劣电磁环境中的稳定运行与抗电磁毁伤能力。

英文摘要: Nowadays, it is important to study on self-repairing of circuit in complex and adverse electromagnetic environment for national defence and spaceflight domain with evolvable hardware technology. The research aims at the problems that the commercial reconfigurable chip's inside structure and string format are unknown in evolvable hardware study. We can draw lessons from the some structure and choice characteristic of neural network. The corresponding mapping between neural network and circuit will be researched. The research method of from biological characteristics to physical circuit will be employed. A kind of neural network structure circuit will be built. The system architecture including interconnection motherboard and function daughter board will be designed. The opening neural network evolvable circuit platform will be built. Its structure will be open. It will be easy to test. It will have better currency. A 2 bit adder will be built with evolution in the circuit platform. Some electromagnetic interference source will be used to disturb the circuit platform. When some devices in the circuit are failed, the circuit will go wrong.
