中文摘要: 红外波段以其抗干扰能力强、能够昼夜工作等优势广泛用于遥感成像系统中。由于探测器工艺和材料的限制,红外图像空间分辨率提高的空间有限。 本课题基于目前海上搜救中对高分辨率红外图像的需求,针对航拍红外图像序列特性,开展基于先验知识约束的超分辨率重构算法的理论研究。 理论研究主要包括三方面:(1)对航拍红外成像系统噪声分布模型和退化模型高精度估计;(2)复杂几何模型和特征非一致性场景的高精度配准;(3)基于图像先验知识的超分辨率重构算法。 针对退化模型提出基于统计的线性地物测量法进行模型估计;针对高精度配准提出采用灰度特性与图形拓扑结构结合的局部配准方式;针对重构结构提出对海面场景下红外小目标探测的建模分析,挖掘远距离红外小目标探测需求,并将其作为正则化约束,实现先验知识约束下的超分辨率重构的新方法。 本课题预期成果可用于对海监测、航拍、搜救等远距离进行红外小目标探测的场合。

英文摘要: Infrared has been widely used in remote sensing imaging systems taking the advantage of capability of the strong anti-jamming and all-day working. The spatial resolutions of infrared images cannot be improved without the upper limit in the constraints on crafts and materials of infrared detectors. Based on the demand for high-resolution infrared image in the current maritime search and rescue, this research focus on the super-resolution reconstruction algorithm based on a priori knowledge constraints for aerial infrared image sequences. Three aspects are including in the theoretical study: (1)The high-precision noise distribution model and degradation model estimations for aerial infrared imaging system; (2)Infrared image registration with the complex geometric transformation models and the inconformity of features for the same objects;(3) Super-resolution reconstruction algorithm based on a priori knowledge of the image. The statistic estimation based on linear feature measurement method is considered for the degeneration images; For the high-precision image registration, graphical topology is explored to combine with methods based on gray-values; To optimize the reconstruction structures, the infrared characteristic of small targets in sea scene is modeled and explored as the needs of detection, which is the
