中文摘要: 纤维类金属化涂料作为调节材料雷达波反射特性重要技术手段,是发展高性能诱饵的物质基础,在突防技术中具有关键作用。本项目拟根据高性能诱饵在突防过程中对雷达波反射特性控制的特殊要求,从电磁波与物质相互作用的微观物理机制出发,深入研究纤维类金属化涂层内部网络参数对雷达波反射特性的影响,剖析两者作用机制,建立纤维类金属化涂层雷达反射特性的理论计算模型;在此基础上,以高弹性聚氨酯树脂为基体,以导电碳纤维为主体功能填料,开展纤维类金属化涂料实验研究,运用SEM、矢量网络分析仪、紧缩场测试系统等手段,分析导电纤维含量、形貌尺寸、分散状态、偶联剂种类及用量、固化工艺以及涂层厚度等因素对雷达反射特性的影响,优化金属化涂料配方,确定影响涂层雷达波反射特性的关键因素,最终掌握纤维类金属化涂层雷达反射特性的影响规律及其设计制备方法,为研制满足高性能突防诱饵的使用要求的金属化涂层提供理论与技术支撑。

英文摘要: As the key techniques of regulating materials radar reflectivity characteristics, the metallized coatings is the material foundation for the development of high performance penetration bait and play an important role in the penetration technology. According to the radar reflectivity control requirements of high performance baits in the penetration process, from the microcosmic physical mechanism of the interaction of electromagnetic waves with matter, we studied the impact of conductive fiber content in the metal coating, morphology and size, dispersion state, coupling agent type and amount, curing process and coating thickness on radar reflection characteristics; on this basis, taking high-elastic polyurethane resin as substrate and conductive fiber as the main function filler, we carried out the experimental study of fiber metallized coating using SEM, vector network analyzer, tight field test systems and other means, grasped the influence factors of the electromagnetic properties of metal coating, clarified the impact law of coating electromagnetic properties on radar reflection characteristics, then mastered the electromagnetic properties design method of the fiber metallized coating, and provided theoretical and technical guidance for developing metal coating which meets the use requirements of the high per
