中文摘要: 通过对Mg-Ni-PdAg纳米复合薄膜的成分和微观组织结构设计,采用脉冲激光沉积技术和非平衡磁控溅射制备技术制备了不同结构的Mg-Ni-PdAg纳米复合薄膜,系统研究了制备工艺对复合薄膜微观组织结构以及氢化性能影响,优化了制备工艺参数,阐明了提高Mg-Ni-PdAg纳米复合薄膜氢化性能的作用机制。本项目的研究为解决氢同位素分离钯合金膜存在的渗氢速率和强度较低、使用寿命较短等问题提供了有价值的理论依据和实验数据,对提高氢扩散分离膜材料设计技术的发展具有重要的指导意义。

英文摘要: Through the design of components of Mg-Ni-PdAg thin-film and the design of multilayer nanostructures, these project films with different composition and structure (nanocomposite and multilayer) were prepared by plused laser deposition and DC magnetron sputtering method. And the influend of different componets and structures of thin films on the hydrogenation properties were systemtical investigaed. Optimized the process parameters, clarified mechanism of hydrogenation properties improvement were studied. The project supplies new theoretic and experimental methods for solving the problem of low hydrogen diffusion and low cycle life and has important significance for the development of the material for hydogen seperation membrane.
