中文摘要: 纤维素分子间和分子内的氢键问题一直是制约纤维素有效利用的关键问题,也是纤维素科学领域的尚未解决的问题之一。本项目以纤维素分子间和分子内的氢键作为切入点,通过红傅里叶转化红外/近红外光谱(FT-IR/NIR)、激光拉曼光谱(Raman)、固体核磁共振(NMR)、微天平分析仪(QCM)等方法,研究纤维素与小分子溶剂体系的相互作用。通过探讨小分子溶剂体系的物理化学性质、纤维素的聚集态结构、以及温度、pH值等外界因素对纤维素与小分子溶剂体系相互作用的影响,阐明纤维素分子间和分子内氢键的解离机制。通过本项目的实施,可以建立表征纤维素分子间和分子内氢键解离过程和解离机制的表征方法,为纤维素新溶剂体系或氢键解离剂体系的结构设计提供理论指导和科学依据。

英文摘要: The strong inter- and intra-molecular hydrogen bonds in cellulose is still one of the unsolved problems, which limits the efficient applications of cellulose. In this project, the inter- and intra-molecular hydrogen bonds as well as the interactions between cellulose and small molecular solvent systems will be investigated via Fourier transform infrared/near infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR/NIR),Raman spectroscopy, solid state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), quartz crystal microbalance (QCM), etc. The effects of the physicochemical properties of the small molecular solvents, the condensed states of cellulose, the temperature, pH, etc. on the interactions between cellulose and the small molecular solvents will be discussed, by which the mechanism and kinetics of the broken of the inter- and intra molecular hydrogen bonds of cellulose will be clarified. The present research will offer the methods for the characterization of the mechanism and kinetics of the broken of the inter- and intra-molecular hydrogen bonds of cellulose. This research will provide the scientific foundations for design of new solvents for dissolving cellulose or breaking the inter- and intra-molecular hydrogen bonds of cellulose.
