中文摘要: 战术数据链作为"数字化战场的中枢系统",是一种汇集通信、导航和识别功能的电子信息系统,是信息化作战中各种作战平台进行实时信息交换的重要手段,是提高作战平台协同作战能力和整体作战效能的重要工具。随着全球信息栅格、网络中心战等概念的推广和应用,数据链网络的业务种类增多,信息传输的实时性和可靠性要求提高,网络动态性和抗毁性要求增强,这些特点给数据链研究带来了很多新的挑战。单独依靠改进传统的数据链调度算法的性能来进一步提高资源的有效利用率是十分有限的,项目拟研究分布式数据链网络环境下的动态资源调度算法,并在数据链现有的分层体系结构下,将跨层机制的思想运用到数据链MAC层协议设计中,提出联合物理层信道增益的资源调度算法和联合网路层QoS要求的资源调度算法,进一步提高数据链系统信息更新的实时性和通信灵活度。项目的研究对我军数据链系统的研发以及网络规划等具有理论意义和实用价值。

英文摘要: As the central system of digital battlefield, Tactical Data Link (TDL) integrates functions of communication, navigation and identification, and serves as the foundation of interconnection of combat platforms in information battlefield, and the important means which enhance cooperation engagement capability and operational efficiency. As the concept of Global Information Grid(GIG) and Network Central War(NCW) being popularized, the service type of TDL increased, the demand of realtime capability and reliability of information delivery will be advanced, the requirement of dynamic characteristics and destroy resistant of the network will be enhanced, so that new challenge of the research about TDL will be emerged. Improvement of traditional scheduling algorithm of TDL will not enhance the use ratio of resource appropriately. Dynamic resource scheduling algorithm which is applied for distributed network environment will be presented. And then, based on the layered architecture of TDL, Cross-layer mechanism will be introduced into the reseach of the MAC layer, a combined design of MAC and channel gains from physical layer, and a combined design of MAC and QoS from network layer will be proposed, which is supposed to enhance the realtime capability and flexibility of communication.
