中文摘要: 大规模风电并网增加了电网扰动、并减小了系统的惯性和阻尼,因而高风电渗透率电网的稳定性问题远比传统电网严峻。本课题首先分析高渗透率风电对系统惯性和阻尼的影响。然后在变速风电机组变流器最大功率跟踪控制的基础上,研究基于功率跟踪优化的虚拟惯性控制,及基于有功调制和无功调制的对功率振荡的阻尼控制。最后提出变速风电机组的虚拟惯性与阻尼控制相结合的综合PSS控制策略,使其具备常规发电机组对电网的动态频率支持和低频振荡抑制作用,有效解决高风电渗透率的区域电网在有功扰动后将面临的频率稳定和功角稳定问题。本课题将搭建风电机组与常规同步发电机组组成的高风电渗透率电网的仿真与动模实验平台,对所提出的控制策略进行分析与验证。

英文摘要: Inertia and damping capability of the power system will be reduced by the extending penetration of large-scale wind farms, while the disturbances from the wind generation are increased. Therefore, the stability of the high wind penetration area is by far serious than that of the conventional power system. The impact of high wind penetration to the power system inertia and damping capability will be analyzed firstly. Then the project will investigate the virtual inertia control using optimal power tracking curves, and the power damping control using active and reactive power modulations, for the variable speed wind generator on the basis of its MPPT control. Finally, a unified PSS controller with both inertia and damping capability for variable speed wind generators will be presented, in order to provide the dynamic frequency support and low frequency oscillation damping as the conventional power plants. The wind farms equipped with the unified PSS controller can effectively improve the stability of the power system with high wind penetration. This project will implement simulation and prototype platforms of a high wind penetration network containing the variable speed wind generators and conventional synchronous generators, to verify the presented control strategy.
