中文摘要: 本研究试图以青藏高原高寒生态系统为研究背景,以12种主要高寒禾本科牧草为研究对象,利用植物营养学的理论知识和稳定氮同位素标记技术,分别在同德牧草良种繁育场(农牧交错区)和果洛玛沁县大武乡(牧区严重退化草地)野外原位测定高寒牧草对标记示踪剂的吸收,分析高寒牧草对土壤有机氮和无机氮吸收的时空差异,结合牧草根系结构、菌根类型以及沿生长季土壤氮库动态变化特征,量化土壤不同氮库对每一种高寒牧草氮素营养的年际贡献,明确12种主要高寒牧草的土壤氮获取策略,揭示高寒牧草有机营养特征,加深对高寒人工草地生态系统氮循环的理解,为高寒人工草地生态系统的可持续发展模式提供科学依据。

英文摘要: This research is conducted on the Tongde County and Maqin County of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Based on plant nutrition theory and stable isotope labeling technique, we measure the uptake values of 12 alpine grasses species to different 15N labeled compounds (15NO3-, 15NH4+, 13C,15N-Gly) in situ, and analyze spatial and temporal differences in absorption of alpine grasses on soil organic nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen. Combined with the grass root structure, mycorrhizal types and soil N nutrient supply dynamics characteristics along the growing season, we quantify the annual contribution of soil organic N and inorganic N pools to each alpine grass N uptake accurately, and define the nitrogen acquisition atrategies of 12 kinds of alpine grasses. This research can reveal the organic nutrition characteristics of alpine grasses, further understand the N cycle of artifical alpine grassland ecosystem, and provide the scientific information for sustainable development of the artificial alpine grassland ecosystem.
