中文摘要: 癌症已成为我国大、中城市居民死亡原因的第一位死因。对中、老年人来说癌症是多发病、常见病。按目前的医疗水平,对早期癌症病人的治疗治愈较高;但是,晚期的癌症病人,治疗后,5年生存率较低,因此癌症的早期诊断意义凸显。本课题意在优化和改善传统的纳米芯片在早期诊断肿瘤细胞时低流速、低俘获和低亲和性的问题。本课题采用不同结构和尺寸大小的碳纳米管这一典型的三维纳米器件,并通过数学建模进行理论分析,以获得高效俘获肿瘤细胞的三维器件结构,为肿瘤细胞的早期诊断贡献一种简单、快速、高效的方法。本课题的主要研究内容包括:(1)三维纳米器件的模型构造、结构设计、模拟仿真。(2)碳纳米管器件结构的设计、制备和应用研究。(3)碳纳米管表面电子特性对细胞输运性质的研究。(4)不同基底条件和细胞培育期对细胞捕获效率和检测时间的影响。若将该纳米芯片成功应用于临床检测,对提高发病的治愈率、降低死亡率有着十分重要的意义。

英文摘要: Cancer has become the first cause of death for our residents in the cause of death.Cancer is a frequently-occuring disease among the elderly.According to the current level of health care,the cure rate for early-stage cancer patient is very high. However, 5-year survival rate for patients with advanced cancer is low.Therefore, the method for early diagnosis of cancer is significant.This project aims to optimize and improve traditional nano-chip with low velocity,low capture and low affinity problems in early diagnosis of tumor cells. This project firstly designs and fabricates carbon nanotube with different structures with different size by a combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,then eventually achieve efficient three-dimensional nano-device. It contributes to a simple,quick and efficient method for the early diagnosis of tumor cells.The main content of this project includes:(1)Model,design and simulation of three-dimentioanl nano-device,especially focus on model establishment and simulation of carbon nanotube structrue as well as dynamic simulation for nanoscale. (2)Design, fabricate and application of carbon nanobure.(3) Electronic properties of carbon nanotube affect cell transport properties.(4)Different conditions of substrate and cell incubation affect cell capturing rate and detect
