中文摘要: 如何实时在线监测有机反应过程的物质组成及其变化是研究有机反应机理、跟踪和控制有机反应,提高反应效率的重要手段。现有的监测方法对存在时间短的反应中间体不能有效监测,所以本项目拟自行研制有机合成反应装置,采用电喷雾萃取电离技术(EESI),通过改进离子源、完善离子源与反应器接口,构建实时监测有机反应的EESI-MS检测平台。通过该监测平台初步研究有机反应,实时监测反应过程中物质组成及其变化,特别是反应中间体的形成和变化,为有机反应的机理研究和控制有机反应提供理论基础和实验方法。

英文摘要: On-line monitoring of the material composition and changes of an organic reaction is an important means to study reaction mechanism, improve reaction efficiency, track and control the organic reaction process. It's difficult for the existing reaction devices and methods to monitor the short-lived intermediates effectively. So, an organic synthesis device will be self-developed,and then a real-time monitoring platform will be constructed using EESI (Extractive Electrospray Ionization) as ion source after improving the interface of ion source and reactor. Real-time monitoring of the composition and changes, particularly the formation and changes of intermediates of a reaction can provide theoretical basis and practical methods for exploring of the reaction mechanism and controling of organic reactions.
