中文摘要: 准确推断死亡时间是法医刑侦人员感到棘手的难题,是法医学面临的难题之一。应用mRNA降解推断PMI是研究热点之一。我们通过本项目的研究,发现首先mRNA与DNA相对降解程度与PMI之间有着明显的相关性,mRNA与DNA相对含量死亡后2-48小时内逐渐降低。其次,mRNA与DNA相对含量在死亡后2小时内有不同程度的增高,因此死亡后两小时内不适合mRNA与DNA相对含量推断PMI。第三,同一机体中不同组织器官中mRNA与DNA相对含量随时间变化规律有着明显的不同,具有统计学差异。第四,环境温度对通过mRNA与DNA相对含量推断PMI有着较大的影响,37℃#19982;4℃#19979;的时间规律明显不同,37℃#30340;降解规律最为明显。第五,我们通过对microRNA的初步研究发现microRNA的降解在48小时内并不明显,在48小时时开始有含量的变化,提示microRNA更适用于48小时后的PMI推断。

英文摘要: The early Postmortem interval is very important for the application of forensic study. Many researchers study the relationship between the mRNA and postmortem interval. We have studied the ratio of RNA/DNA content in different environmental temperature and in different organs. We find that there is good relationship between the ratio of RNA/DNA content and postmortem interval of 2-48 hours. The ratio of RNA/DNA content will reduce in this period, but will increase in first 2 hours. So it cannot be used in first 2 hours in estimation of the PMI. The significance difference of the decrease of the ratio has been found in the different environmental temperature and in the difference organs. It decreases in 37℃more than in 4℃ And we have studied the relationship between the content of microRNA and the postmortem interval. The result showed that it cannot be used in the period of 2-48 hours, but maybe good in estimating of the postmortem interval more than 48 hours. It should to be studied in the next project.
