中文摘要: 针对农作物秸秆表面富含硅与蜡状物质不利于胶合的科学问题,提出采用等离子体处理在秸秆表面构建与本体具有不同反应活性的纳米尺度微表面,提高其界面胶合特性的思路,分析等离子体处理方法和处理工艺与秸秆纳米尺度微表面结构和特性的关系,揭示秸秆纳米尺度微表面的结构与特性影响秸秆界面胶合特性的规律,阐明等离子体处理构建秸秆纳米尺度微表面的机理及其增强界面胶合特性的机制,建立可用于工业化生产的秸秆纳米尺度微表面构建的等离子体处理方法,为实现秸秆等离子体处理技术的工业化推广应用奠定理论基础和提供实践依据。本项目的研究成果将为农作物秸秆高附加值的工业化利用提供理论依据和技术支撑,大幅度提高利用农作物秸秆生产人造板产品的经济效益,对于推进我国农作物秸秆人造板生产的工业化进程和促进我国木材工业的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。

英文摘要: Since most of straws contain hydrophobic waxy cuticle layers and a high amount of inorganic silica which results in weak bonding between particles, many attempts have been made to improve the bondability between the straw materials and adhesives through raw material pretreatment. The objective of this project is to explore an innovative means - plasma treatment which can form an active nano-scale surface on straws and enhance the bonding strength of straws. The influence of plasma treatment methods and parameters on the characteristics of the nano-scale surface on straws and the bondability between the straw materials and adhesives will be investigated, so that the mechanism of forming the nano-scale surface on straws and improving the bonding strength of straws by plasma treatment can be clarified. Finally, the plasma treatment which can be applied in the industrial production line of straw-based panels can be developed in the light of the theoretical and practical achievements from this project. These achievements will promote the value-added applications of straws and the sustainable development of wood industry in China.
