中文摘要: 正交误差、同相误差来源于微机械陀螺敏感结构的工艺误差,是角速度信号提取过程中的两种最主要的干扰信号,它们制约着微机械陀螺传感器系统的整体性能。在信号处理过程中,目前还没有较好的方法能够有效地抑制这两种误差对角速度信号的影响。项目拟基于角速度信号的提取原理,分析干扰信号与有用信号的特点区别,探索能够在角信号提取的同时消除或有效抑制两种误差的信号处理方案。此外,拟建立包含正交误差及同相误差的敏感结构等效电学模型,该模型能够与误差抑制电路联合进行系统仿真。最后,拟制作经仿真优化过的误差抑制总体电路,并将总体电路与敏感结构封装构成传感器系统,进行系统测试及性能标定。项目研究有望解决难以在信号处理时有效抑制正交误差及同相误差的技术难题,研究成果有望大幅度提高微机械陀螺传感器系统的整体性能。因此,本项目的研究对于推动微机械陀螺传感器的研究事业发展,加速其产业化进程具有重要作用。

英文摘要: Quadrature error and in-phase error are main errors of micromachined gyroscope which caused by manufacturing imperfections. They deteriorate the overall performance of micromachined gyroscope. By now, there is no effectual method to suppress quadrature error and in-phase error based on signal processing technology. In this research, based on the principle of angle velocity signal extraction, the difference of angle velocity signal and errors will be analyzed, and the method to suppress errors based on signal processing technology will be explored. Besides, an equivalent electrical model of micromachined gyroscope sensor which including the two errors will be presented. It is convenient to simulate the micromachined gyroscope system and to optimize the error suppression circuit by the equivalent electrical model. Finally, combined with the micromachined gyroscope sensor, the error suppression circuit will be test, and the critical parameters will be achieved. This research will be able to solve the technology puzzle of how to suppress quadrature error and in-phase error based on the signal processing technology.
