中文摘要: 目前传统兽药的使用存在一系列问题如:产生耐药性、降低机体抵抗力和免疫功能、引起二重感染、内源性感染和继发感染从而严重危害人类身体健康。因此新型绿色兽药的开发迫在眉睫。本项目选取壳聚糖作为母体化合物,壳聚糖无毒、无污染、可生物降解,属于天然活性物质,使用后无任何药物残留、无毒副作用,可以克服传统兽药的缺点。另外壳聚糖本身的免疫活性可以在治愈动物疾病的同时提高其机体免疫力。因此,以壳聚糖作为母体化合物研制新型兽药可以满足兽药研制绿色、安全、高效的要求。 本项目用亚结构连接的思想为指导,通过有机合成的方法把具有杀菌活性的酰基缩氨基硫脲基团接入壳聚糖,使壳聚糖的杀菌活性与所接入的杀菌基团相互增效,得到二次先导化合物;通过筛选二次先导化合物的抑菌活性,并进行动物体内、体外药效、毒性、毒理、药理、药代试验,从而进一步开发研制新型抗菌兽药。

英文摘要: At present, there are a series of problems in Traditional Veterinary Medicines such as multidrug resistance,reducing the body's resistance and immune function,causing double infection,endogenous infection and secondary infection. All of the above problems did serious harm to human body health, so it is extremely urgent to research new green and environmental safety veterinary medicine. We choose chitosan as material because chitosan has many characteristics such as nontoxic, non-infectant and bio-degradable activity. Besides, chitosan is a kind of natural active substances, and applying new derivatives of chitosan as new verterinary medicine can overcome the shortcomings of Traditional Veterinary Medicine because it's nontoxic and no leftover characteristics. Moreover, the immunological competence of chitosan can improve the immunity of animals when it using as verterinary medicine to cure their disease.Therefore,using chitosan as materials to develop new verterinary medicine can meet demand of green, safe and effective on studying medicine. In this item, arylamino phosphonate groups with good antifungal activity were grafted onto chitosan through organic synthesis method with substructure connecting theory. And it will get secondary prere-compounds while the antifungal activities of the grafted group and chitosan promoting reciprocally. New chiosan verterinary medicine will be obtained after studying the antifugal activities of secondary prere-compounds and doing the intravital and in-vitro pharmacodynamic experiment and toxicity,toxicology,pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics experiment of animals.
