中文摘要: 利用碳纳米管(CNT)及石墨烯等纳米材料制造的纳米传感器、场效应管等纳米器件具有优异的性能,因此纳米器件加工制造方法是纳米技术的重要研究领域。在纳米器件的加工过程中,如何实现碳纳米管或石墨烯在微电极上的良好固定并形成可靠电连接对纳米器件的研究和制造具有重要意义。本项目将开展一种基于原子力显微镜(AFM)微观电场的自动化纳米焊接方法研究。主要研究内容包括:加工电流与焊接点尺寸的关系研究;复杂形状的焊接加工方法研究;探针-样品距离的自动化调节方法研究。并通过对CNT及石墨烯纳米器件的焊接实验和性能测试研究,验证本项目方法的有效性,为纳米器件加工制造过程中纳米材料与金属微电极的可靠电连接提供可行技术。

英文摘要: Nanodevices made of carbon nanotube(CNT) or graphene carry extrordinary characteristics, such as nano sensors and nano field effect transistors, so technology on fabricating nanodevices is important branches of nanotechnology. In frabricating nanodevice, a meaningful question is how to connect CNTs or graphene to the microelectrodes. This project is going to study on automatically nanosoldering method based on nanoscale electric field of atomic force microscope(AFM). The major research topics includes: the relationship between the size of welding point and the welding current; welding in complex shapes; automatically adjusting of the tip-sample distance; Last but not least, verifying the effect of the welding method by welding practical CNT or graphene nanodevices and testing their characteristics. This project can provide technical means for firmly connecting the nano material to the microelectrodes during fabrication of nanodevices.
