中文摘要: 以内蒙古农牧交错区克氏针茅(S. krylovii)草原生态系统为研究对象,以长期氮添加控制实验为主要手段开展研究。 阐明氮输入增加对草原植物氮素利用效率(NUE)的影响以及植物在叶片、植株、生态系统等不同尺度上氮素利用效率的响应规律;比较不同生活型和功能群间植物NUE的差异性响应机理,探讨氮素输入变化对该生态系统NPP、群落物种组成及优势度的可能影响,进而阐明植物氮素利用效率改变对全球变化的反馈机理,为预测全球变化背景下我国典型草原生态系统氮循环的可能改变提供科学依据,为不同类型退化草地的生态恢复提供理论支持

英文摘要: In this study, effects of gradient change in soil nitrogen on nitrogen use efficiency (NUE) in a Stipa krylovii steppe community will be examined with a long-term N addition experiment in the Inner Mongolia grassland. Effects of N addition on NUE at leaf, plant and ecosystem levels will be dealt with, and differences in NUE among functional groups and life-forms will be compared as well. By this study, impacts of N input change via N deposition on NPP, species composition and dominance in this community will be elucidated, with a view to better understanding the mechanisms explaining interactions between global change and changes in plant NUE, providing supports for predicting the potential effects of global change on N cycling in grassland ecosystems as well as for restoration of degraded grasslands in north China.
