中文摘要: 本项目提出基于聚合物的共振散射光谱方法研究松香基聚合物的构象转变,从分子水平揭示松香基聚合物构象的动态转变过程及构象转变机理,主要包括:1.通过研究聚合物组成,浓度及环境因素等对共振散射光谱的影响,探讨散射的产生机制并着重探讨聚合物的构象、吸光特性等对共振散射信号强度的影响,建立光谱特性参数与聚合物结构之间的构效关系;2.对构象转变过程中的一系列共振光散射光谱进行分析,测定聚合物构象转变速率和活化能,构建聚合物构象转变的动力学和热力学模型,揭示松香基聚合物构象转变的机理;3.结合激光光散射、电子显微镜等方法,对共振光散射方法的研究结果进行佐证,建立一种可实时跟踪松香基聚合物构象转变的无需标记、高灵敏度、简单快速的光谱学方法。本项目揭示松香基聚合物结构变化,为分子运动动态过程提供更为丰富的,深层次的微观信息,为松香基聚合物的应用奠定理论基础,同时也拓展了高分子材料的表征技术。

英文摘要: The resonance light scattering (RLS) based on fluorescence spectrophotometer was used to study the phase behaviors of rosin based polymer, the dynamic process of conformation change of rosin-based polymer was studied at the molecular level and the conformational transition mechanism was investigated. The main research contents are as follows: 1. The mechanism of the production of rayleight light scattering spectra is discussed by studying the influence of the rosin-based polymer composition, concentration and environmental factor on the scattering spectra. The study is focused on the conformation of the polymer, the absorption properties of the polymer and their effect on scattering intensity, then the association between spectral parameters and the polymer structure is established ; 2. Resonance Light Scattering changes during the conformational transition process are analysised, the conformational changes rates and activation energy are determined to build the kinetics and thermodynamics models of conformational change and reveal the mechanism of rosin-based polymer conformational changes; 3. The results obtained from the study of the resonance light scattering method are confirmed combined with laser light scattering, electron microscopy and other methods.
