中文摘要: 在对国内外不稳定注水发展现状进行详细调研基础上,针对我国砂岩油藏特征制作了不稳定注水的填砂管模型、纵向和平面非均质填砂模型,并进行了常规注水和不稳定注水微观模型实验设计和实验研究,实验结果表明,不稳定注水较常规注水驱油效果都有所改善。同时通过实验研究了不同注水参数、不同转注时机以及储层非均质性质等特征对不稳定注水开发效果的影响。在实验研究的基础上,以我国东部某砂岩油田作为参考,并考虑平面和纵向非均质特征,建立了三维地质模型,针对12个影响因素,采用正交试验设计方法,对27套试验方案进行了油藏数值模拟研究,对模拟结果用极差和方差分析方法对影响不稳定注水开发效果的因素进行了详细分析,其中开发工程因素为主要因素,油藏地质因素为次要因素。同时对合理时机、合理注入方式所涉及到的注水参数进行了分析,根据分析结果对参数进行优化设计后,用数值模拟对最优方案进行了验证。结果表明,最优方案提高采收率能达到3.83%,高于最初设计的27套试验方案。建立了毛管束微观模型,分别就亲油和亲水毛管束模型下的不稳定注水两相渗流特征和驱油作用进行了详细分析,建立了相关渗流数学模型,并开发了不稳定注水的计算程序。

英文摘要: Based on detail survey for devloping actuality of unstable waterflood in home and abroad, some experimental model have been made up in view of characteristic for sand oil reservoir in our country, such as sand filling tube model, vertical heterogeneity and plane heterogeneity sand filling model. The experimental design and experimental studies have been completed for conventional water injection and unstabel waterflood, and laboratory findings make kown that unstable waterflood can improve displacement characteristics more than conventional water injection. At the same time, different water flooding parameters, different time for unstable waterflood and reservoir heterogeneity have been studied by experiment which affect displacement characteristics for unstable waterflood. Based on experimental studies, refer to some sandstone oil reservoirs in the east of our country and consider veritcal and plane heterogeneity, the 3D geological model has been built. Twenty-seven testing programs have been designed by regular-crossed trial for twelve effect factors which affect displacement characteristics for unstable waterflood, and numerical reservoir simulation study have been completed for these testing programs. The effect factors for unstable waterflood have been detail analysised by intuition analysis technique and analysis of variance(ANOVA) for numerical reservoir simulation result. The analysis result indicated that the devlopment factors are key factors, and geologic factors are less impotant. At the same time, the waterflood paramaters for reasonable juncture and reasonable method of unstable waterflood have been detail analysised, and the optimal case has been verified by numerical reservoir simulation which parameters have been optimized. The simulation result indicated that the optimal case can enhanced oil recovery for 3.83 percent and overbe more than the Twenty-seven testing programs.Based on capillary tubes models for water wetting and oil wetting, two-phase fluid flow characteristic and action for displacement of oil by water have been detail analysised. The two-phase fluid flow mathematical models have been built and calculator program has been developed.
