中文摘要: 随着全球经济的发展,能源消耗量不断增长,能源的快速消费带来了全球性的能源供应危机、环境污染和气候变化等重大问题。开展太阳能、地热、生物质等可再生能源以及工业余热资源的利用的研究有着非常重要的意义。本项目拟通过对低品位余热资源的调研,进行这些低品位能源的热-功转换即有机朗肯循环的关键科学问题的基础研究。在不同等级热源的条件下,研究有机工质朗肯循环发电系统中透平的设计方案;采用实验和数值方法研究有机朗肯循环透平中复杂流动现象和损失机理;采用数值方法、实验方法进行通流的设计优化;采用先进叶型,进行气动负荷优化研究,研究减少缩放型静叶内部强激波强度、激波与边界层的干扰损失、提高透平的效率的方法;研究高膨胀比透平变工况特性,完善向心透平效率计算模型,建立热源系统与低品位热能利用系统的耦合模型。

英文摘要: Along with global economic development and energy consumption growth,energy consumption has brought problem of global energy crisis and environmental pollution and climate change. Developing utilization of renewable energy such as solar energy and geothermal resource and biomass and industry waste heat resources has very important meaning. By investigation of low quality heat energy,basic research of organic Rankine cycle using low quality heat energy will be developed in local project. Under different grades heat source, turbine selection scheme for organic Rankine cycle generation system will be studied, complex flow loss mechanism will be studied by employing an experimental and numerical method, and flow passage optimization design will be studied. Optimization of aerodynamic load by using advanced blade profile, shock wave induction and in convergent-divergent nozzle, disturbance loss induction of interaction of shock wave and boundary layer and improvement of turbine efficiency will be studied. Various operation characteristic of high expansion ratio turbines will be studied. Coupling model of heat resource and organic Rankine cycle system will be built.
