中文摘要: 孤独症的早期识别和干预是当前面临的一个重要问题。孤独症儿童干预康复主要包括“早期识别”,“早期干预”和“疗效评价”三个功能要求。一方面,发展新的孤独症儿童早期识别方法,才能科学有效的早期干预孤独症;另一方面,发展基于量化生物指标的孤独症疗效评估方法,才能优化改进孤独症早期干预技术。最近发现孤独症患者的大脑中存在着神经功能障碍,对不同的脑区功能造成影响,形成异常的功能连接;重复经颅磁刺激(TMS)有助于改善神经功能和神经连接,因此TMS可用于孤独症患者的康复治疗,且发现对孤独症典型症状有所改善。基于同步TMS-EEG技术开展孤独症儿童早期干预研究,多层次融合孤独症儿童大脑振荡节律、同步和网络连接特性,确定孤独症早期识别及干预疗效评估的量化生物指标,深入理解孤独症的神经机制。

英文摘要: Early identification and intervention approaches of autism are critical issues in the field of medicine. The early intervention of autistic children mainly includes three functional requirements: “early identification”, “early intervention” and “therapeutic evaluation”. On one hand, in order to scientifically and effectively prevent autism as early as possible, we must develop new methods for early identification of autism with children. On the other hand, in order to optimize and improve the early intervention techniques, we need to develop a new biomarker to identify autism and evaluate the effect of the intervention. Recent studies indicated that the brains of ASD individuals manifest a dysfunction in neural circuitry that affects many brain regions, which causes abnormality in functional connections. Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can improve the functions of neural circuits and connections. Thus, it has been used in the treatment of ASD patients and yielded substantial improvement for typical symptoms of ASD. Based on the TMS-EEG technique, we study and fuse the rhythm, synchronization and network connectivity of brain oscillations in autism with children.
